Pork Roasts

To find the proper pork grilling time on the chart below, find the cut of pork roast you are grilling in the first column and follow the row to your right for various preparations. Grilling Instructions: Place the pork, fat side up. Grill indirectly for time given in chart. Use a meat thermometer to ensure desired internal port roast temperature. For best results cook to medium a doneness.
