Beef Roasts

Below you will find proper grilling times for beef roasts and similar cuts of beef. These are general beef roast grilling times, always use a meat thermometer to ensure your beef roast reaches the proper temperature.

To find the proper beef grilling time on the chart below, find the cut of beef roast you are grilling in the first column and follow the row to your right for various preparations. You will find the grilling times for the following cuts of beef roast: Brisket (fresh), Eye of Round, Ribeye, Rib Roast (small end), Sirloin Roast (boneless), Tenderloin (half), Tenderloin (whole), Tip and Top Round.

Grilling Instructions: Place meat, fat side up, in center of cooking grate. Grill indirect for time given in chart. Use a meat thermometer to check meat for desired internal temperature. See chart below…
