You will find the grilling times for the following cuts of pork: Pork Blade Steak, Pork Chops, Pork Loin, Pork Ribs and Pork Shoulder.
Grilling Instructions: Place pork chops or porksteaks on grill over medium heat. Grill for the time given in the chart or till desired doneness, turning once halfway through grilling time.
The thickest cuts may need to be moved off direct heat finished with indirect heat.
